Have we received your order before noon? 12, it will be dispatched the same day.
Delivery terms are AB our stock excl. special packaging. We use the transport companies GLS, DAO, DSV and Danske Fragtmænd and always make sure to use the cheapest option.
If the freight could be made cheaper than the amount mentioned on the order, we make sure to lower the freight amount.

Privacy and Security
Confidentiality and protection of your personal information is a very high priority at Krone1. That is why we are committed to working with the highest standards in security and privacy.
This obligation relates to the following types of information collected:
• Your registration as a customer with an e-mail address is for the purpose of receiving our newsletters, news and offers.
• The name entered and address information when opening an account. Thanks to our secure system and the encryption of confidential data, we ensure that your identity is totally protected. To protect your data, we use 128-bit encryption protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which guarantees a high level of protection.
Krone1 provides a 12-month product warranty on new products. Used goods are as occupied.
Payment and prices
Our payment terms are cash payments which can be made via credit card or bank transfer or MobilePay at the specified number. The ownership of the securities sold remains with Krone1 until full payment has been made. All prices are incl. VAT, but excl. delivery and packaging supplements (specialty goods, glass, etc.). NOTE: Prices are subject to change without notice and we make reservations for printing errors, human errors, charge changes, delivery time and delivery failure.

Right of withdrawal and complaints
Return of goods
When you tell us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You have to pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
You cannot undo a purchase, as you might previously, by simply refusing to pick up or receive the item when it arrives.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only recover a portion of the purchase price.
The amount you can recover depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases it may mean that you can only recover the shipping costs.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret the purchase, you will get your money back.
If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we receive the item unless you send us
documentation for returning it.

We only receive packages sent directly to the address.
You can also return the purchase by letting us know and deliver it in person at the above address, within our business hours.
In case of complaints, Krone1 is contacted and it is agreed how the complaint can best be addressed.
The agreement is governed by Danish law, which applies in the event of disputes on the basis of these conditions. Any disagreement between the parties will be settled by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen.
